Owl Solutions provides full-service real estate wholesale lead generation and acquisitions support, including but not limited to motivated seller lead generation, cold calling campaign support, CRM and pipeline organization, acquisition support, follow-up systems, campaign reporting, property data, and skip tracing.
Property data and skip tracing are included as components of our service packages. Our primary offering is a complete wholesale business growth and acquisition support system — not standalone data sales.
Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work entered into between Owl Solutions and the client.
No Guarantee of Results
Owl Solutions does not guarantee any specific number of leads, seller conversations, contracts, or closed deals. Real estate wholesale results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Market conditions and competition
- Seller motivation and property circumstances
- Client offer strategy and negotiation approach
- Follow-up consistency and closing process
- Local regulations and economic factors
Any performance metrics, testimonials, or case examples presented on our website or in marketing materials are illustrative and do not constitute a guarantee of future results.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information during onboarding and throughout the engagement
- Complying with all applicable real estate laws, licensing requirements, and regulations in their target markets
- Managing their own closing process, contracts, and legal compliance
- Reviewing and approving campaign strategies, data selections, and outreach approaches
- Maintaining timely communication with Owl Solutions regarding campaign updates and pipeline management
- Using property data, skip tracing results, and lead information in compliance with applicable privacy and telemarketing laws, including TCPA and state-specific regulations
Payments
Payment terms, pricing, billing cycles, and accepted payment methods are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated:
- Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis or as agreed in writing
- Payment is due in advance of service delivery for each billing period
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
- All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified
Failure to make timely payment may result in termination of services. Owl Solutions reserves the right to modify pricing for future billing periods with appropriate notice as defined in the service agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Owl Solutions website — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and documentation — is the property of Owl Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Clients receive a limited license to use deliverables (such as campaign data and reports) for their internal business purposes during and after the engagement, subject to the terms of their service agreement. Owl Solutions retains ownership of its proprietary systems, methodologies, templates, and processes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Owl Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost deals, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to Owl Solutions during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms and tools, including CRM systems, data providers, skip tracing vendors, communication platforms, and payment processors. Owl Solutions is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies of those respective providers. We encourage you to review those terms independently.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, the client's access to ongoing services, reporting, and support will cease as of the effective termination date, subject to any outstanding payment obligations.
