Our policy regarding refunds for Owl Solutions services.

At Owl Solutions, we provide professional wholesale real estate lead generation and acquisitions support services. Because our services involve custom campaign work, data preparation, and operational delivery, our refund policy reflects the nature of these digital and service-based offerings.
Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services. Specific refund terms may also be outlined in your individual service agreement.
Digital Services
Owl Solutions delivers digital and service-based solutions including campaign setup, CRM configuration, reporting dashboards, property data delivery, and ongoing lead generation support. Due to the immediate allocation of resources upon service activation, digital services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Custom Campaign Work
Each client engagement involves customized campaign strategy, market selection, outreach planning, and operational setup tailored to the client's specific business needs. Custom campaign work requires dedicated time and resources from our team.
Once campaign planning, setup, or execution has begun, fees associated with custom campaign work are non-refundable. This includes strategy sessions, campaign configuration, outreach setup, and any market-specific customization.
Data Preparation
Property data included in our packages is prepared specifically for each client's target market and campaign criteria. Data preparation involves sourcing, filtering, formatting, and quality review — all of which require immediate resource allocation.
Once property data has been prepared, processed, or delivered to the client, fees associated with data preparation are non-refundable.
Skip Tracing
Skip tracing services involve third-party data lookups and contact information verification for property owners. Skip tracing fees are incurred at the time of processing and cannot be reversed once the tracing work has been initiated or completed.
Skip tracing charges included in service packages are non-refundable once tracing has been performed.
Lead Generation Services
Lead generation services include cold calling support, outreach campaigns, follow-up systems, and seller conversation management. These services involve ongoing operational costs including labor, technology, and communication resources.
Fees for lead generation services are non-refundable for any billing period in which services have been active or delivered, regardless of the number of leads or seller conversations generated during that period.
No Refunds Once Work Has Started
As a general policy, Owl Solutions does not offer refunds once work on a client's account has started. This includes but is not limited to:
- Campaign setup and configuration
- Data preparation and delivery
- Skip tracing execution
- Cold calling and outreach activities
- CRM and pipeline setup
- Reporting and strategy sessions
- Any other service deliverable initiated during the billing period
Clients are encouraged to discuss service scope, expectations, and package details during the strategy call before committing to a service agreement.
Case-by-Case Review
While our standard policy is no refunds once work has started, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Owl Solutions management.
To request a review, clients must submit a written request to info@owlsolutions.com within seven (7) days of the charge in question, including:
- Client name and account information
- Date and amount of the charge
- Detailed reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documentation
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. Partial refunds may be considered where services were partially delivered.
Cancellation
Clients may cancel future billing periods by providing written notice as specified in their service agreement. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle the client to a refund for the current or any prior billing period in which services were delivered or work was initiated.
Chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of services and may be disputed with supporting documentation of service delivery.
